Retronyms explores the present existence of the past, in all its varying modes of knowledge and understanding. Collating both archive material and the artist's own photographs, the work aims to open up a space for the viewer to engage with the slip in information that occurs as we constantly move through time. By dissecting and reconstructing fragments from within the images, the viewer can piece together these floating points of reference to reveal hidden narrative and mystery.
